I had a pretty good experience, but by us being first time buyers there was alot I didn't know that I wish they could have explained to us. The last week was very stressful and rushed, I think that the home buyers class should be taken first. There was information in there that could of helped us through the process. I didn't know the amount of times our credit would be checked and that messed everything up. Had I known I could have prevented some of the stress at closing time.
