Kurt was great to begin with but when it came to the middle and end process he was not responding as in the beginning and not being flexible on some facts.

Chris was absolutely wonderful going into the pre-qualification process, however once the full process started is when things got rocky. His response time continued to increase throughout the process, to the point where I would have to reach out four or five times to get a response on anything in a timely manor. However the close did happen on time, and overall the experience was okay as Chris did do everything he could to make things happen. 4/5 stars
