Everything went very smoothly. My only frustration as the listing broker on this transaction was it seemed the appraisal had not been ordered quickly and so there was a very long delay and we had to extend the due diligence period. I haven't had that issue with any other transactions this year.

Anthony was very reactive when it came to provide a pre-approval letter which made it possible for us to reserve and finally buy our dream house. The rate Anthony provided for the loan was competitive and the rest of the process was smooth all the way to closing.
