I felt like I had to do a lot of the legwork and communicating with my loan. On several occasions I had to submit different types of paperwork which is okay but I wasn't sure why I wasn't given all the information up front to begin with. Hunter did an exceptional job on the front end and the back end it was just the middle pieces that don't necessarily concern hunter that I wasn't extremely satisfied with.

Overall the process was much better this time. Communication should be better. There should never be an unanswered email or unreturned call. Also, I never received a heads up that I was clear to close which created a nightmare for last minute scheduling and deliveries. I will say that buying down points was a waste of money in my case. We did close as scheduled and I hope others have this same experience

I think if I had more communication with loan Servicer ,Kaye Dillon, and the initial phone from departments outside of Lamonica McDuffie could have been more warmer.

Incredible professional and knew everything about his job in my opinion you should give that man a raise cuz he went out of his way to help me and stay with me throughout the process again I say you should give that man a raise

Allen was incredibly pleasant to work with. I would've benefitted from some additional communication in the interim while things were processing behind the scenes (there were moments where I was unsure if the deal was still happening). Overall, Allen worked really well with my needs and was responsive when called upon.

Henry was a great representative. He was always timely, friendly and helpful. The process New American uses to refinance seems to take an inordinate amount of time however.
