I mostly worked with Isabel Sun (loan officer assistant) who went above and beyond to help us! She returned every phone call and email promptly, she broke down the loan language very simple for me to understand, and she helped me understand the process and the why behind how things were done. I liked that even though she was busy and can handle big accounts or many clients at the same time she is very reachable by phone and email. She was able to overcome some big obstacles for my clients and as a RE agent having people on the team that can get results is really what's all about. Great job Karen, happy to have worked with you.
