Took too long to close. Too many hoops to jump through with the appraisal. Not Paul's fault just not an overall pleasant experience with the company as a whole.

Only had one mishap, due to other sellers not Judy, so all in all great experience

Charles has been supportive but the refinance has not been in my favor

Not repeating your requests for paper work that I have already submitted. Sending for IRS paperwork and not letting me know I might receive requests from them (they are very vague about what is being requested and why). The delay on the closing and delaying my moving date caused an increase in my moving costs.

I worked with Donny mostly and he always took the time to answer my calls or call me back right away. What was needed from us was communicated well and overall the situation we thought was near impossible worked out and we are happy in our brand new home!

When the process first started, Kate was great. As the process progressed and especially when the refi cash out turned into just a simple refi things changed. Communication dropped off, Kate was no longer as helpful. I received about a half a dozen phone calls from new American funding "collections" because the June payment had not been made but Kate told me not to make the June payment. The left hand did not know what the right was doing.

Timing promises be kept. It cost us over $500 in interest because the closing did not happen as scheduled. We were rescheduled 3 times through no fault of our own.
