The service was great and response time to my questions was excellent. However, I supplied paperwork weeks before closing but was not told of an issue until the day before closing. This resulted in rescheduling my closing date, I wish I was informed sooner.

Chris was pretty knowledgeable and informative of what it would take to be approved for the purchase of our new home. We received the highest approval amount and lowest interest working with him and for that we are forever thankful.
