Chris seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but my husband worked with him more than I did so I don’t think I could give specifics on why he was great. I can say that his team - especially Amy Zheng and Danielle Hurt - were FANTASTIC. They were so kind and responsive both on confirming receipt of things as well as answering questions. Chris was great about jumping in to answer questions as well. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks so much!!
