I had to resend documents more than once. Financing approval to closing process not explained. Constantly referred to other than my preferred name. I was promised a closing within 30 days, Dec.19th, was scheduled for the 23rd. I had to push to get the 18th. (In fairness, sent an email at stating could make 23rd work, but still should have been 19th or sooner. Was not told wife had to be at closing, created a lot of problems at the last minute, blamed my agent. However, always answered calls.

More accurate information on timeline. I don’t mind if it takes a long time but I wish I’d been told that up front. Loan closing ended up almost two months after what I expected and was initially told.

We experience a lot of frustration with closing documents not being correct and lack of communication regarding the documents. It delayed our closing.

Felt pressured/rushed in the beginning and like my questions were not legitimate. I felt that the consultant was annoyed with me in most interactions. Overall he got to the point and got the loan closed and did well with keeping us updated.
