I received communication even if I missed an e-mail and I appreciate that. The entire team made sure I did not miss information. I did not like that I was not informed about the appraiser being sent out three times because the builder was dishonest about the garage door being installed. I was charged for it without communication until asked why the charge for the re-appraisal doubled from $200 to $400 and it was stated on the paperwork as one charge. That felt like a cover-up and the builder should have had to eat that cost not me.

Never really quit understood who I really neede to talk to it was to many different ppl never understood there role and who worked for who couldn’t find out who I neede to talk to for down payment asst but thank to me I was prepared to do with out but it would have help to have that information before time on your next 1st.
