A better explanation of where the extra $7k fee came from would have been nice. Will was easy to work with, so I wouldn't say our experience wasn't memorable...just an explanation would have been nice. We received from him, "It was a fee they found."

It was confusing on who to contact during the process. I probably spoke with Eric maybe once or twice. But Tiffany (I believe was her name) was truly heaven sent. She answered all of my questions and was always willing to call me back. The other part that was confusing was which step I was in as far as my process. I never received my "clear to close" notification. I found out I was fully funded the next day after closing. Overall, the process was confusing and I never understood where we stood. However Tiffany was truly amazing and I would definitely work with her again.
