Dwayne really took the time to help me understand real estate terminology as a first-time homebuyer. I never felt silly asking questions that many savvy people would already know the answers to, and he (and his staff) were nice enough to 'hold my hand' as we walked through the whole process. He's a straight-shooter and will tell you how it is without the sugar (unless you prefer sugar on top, he can do that too). I appreciate his transparency and honesty and I'll be happy to work with him again!
