The process was really long and there wasn't any communication unless I needed to submit something. I think the process could have been communicated much better so we knew what to expect. It took over 3 months to finalize the mortgage from the time we submitted our application to closing. For us, that amounted to three $2100 interest payments; and it was considered a refinance loan.

Very responsive overall. Towards the end of the process, I was talking to a couple different people at once from NAF which I think caused a bit of confusion. But otherwise all the communication was clear and prompt.
