Josh was extremely helpful throughout the home financing process! He helped me secure a super low interest rate and extended the rate lock when we ran into some issues that pushed back the closing date. Communication was easy and smooth. I will say that I believed this process would allow me to assume my first mortgage and remove my ex wife from the loan. I was not pleased that process costs an additional $1800 plus fees.
