Once my loan was handed over to the Processor, it went downhill. Delays and lack of communication became the norm. I was told to communicate with Deborah after the hand-off, but I often had to go back to Tony because I couldn't get responses from her.

I found repeated requests for the same or similar documents to be annoying and tedious. This was not helped by the fact that most of these came towards the very end of the process when I was simultaneously hospitalized for major emergency surgery and did not have access to most of what was being asked for.
