Proposals for the loan seemed to go up every time we got a new disclosure as we got closer to closing. Now after closing we are having to get an appraisal done. we were initially told that we would not need one.

Nothing against Amir (I didn't respond to previous requests because I knew I could not give a "Best" rating). I don't believe I was offered the best rate, but I was fed up with dozens of calls to refinance. I will never again use the internet to obtain refinancing information.

My initial loan officer Carrine went over numbers with me in regards to paying off a credit card to get my credit to debt ratio lowered. The total I was given was 26k. Carrine notified me that as long as the appraisal was 80% of the loan there should be no problem. Carrine left the company and Jeffrey Keeter took over my application. I initially told Carrine that I was guesstimating the value of the house at what I have seen similar houses selling for in my development. I said 200k and the house ended up appraising for 185k. So we are getting close to closing and I wanted to follow up in regards to when the 26k would be wired and I talked to Laken Jones, the Loan specialist. who was very helpful and told me that only 20k was going to be wired. I had asked Jeffrey 2 weeks earlier if there was no problem with the loan and still getting the money wired. I did not say "when is the 26k going to be wired" So I was not told the amount changed. That was distressing to me. I trusted your company to keep me informed on the status of the loan and if there were going to changes. Other than that I have no complaints. Jeff and Laken worked with me to resolve any other changes and it worked out well. In the future, I would expect to be better informed of any changes to the loan(refinance) of the mortgage. But overall to grade my 2 experiences with your company i would give you 4 out of 5 stars.
