Instructions on responding to emails were not sufficient. I had to call Mark to verify exactly what was to be filled out. Since I do not have scanning capability, it became a nightmare to reply to the information requested. Finally, when signing the documents in front of the notary, there were documents from another client included in our paperwork and no one was available to clarify what to do.

Communication was a bit tricky. I understand this industry is overwhelmed right now, but I had to chase down information. I went weeks without an update, even a check-in, and then had to call, text, and email to get a response. When I was able to talk to Sam, he was great! Super nice, provided concise information, and walked me through everything.

Clayton was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the intimal process and worked diligently to get a good rate and terms. The communication was lacking good response times once the loan was locked.

Our refinancing took a very, very long time to close. Started process in early July and finally closed in October. Unfortunately it was also very challenging to get information regarding the process and close date from processor. On the bright side, the rate was great.
