We had a small hiccup where he was unreachable on the day our offer was pending and we needed to get assurances on financing, which caused us to make a last minute change to another lender, but their origination fees were too high and Brian was quick to apologize for not getting back to us in a timely manner. Throughout the rest of the process Brian was very responsive and patient with explaining all our options and got us clear to close in plenty time.
