Patty is great and I very much enjoy working with her! My only complaint is that at certain points it was unclear how certain documents were intended to be shared. Sometimes I was asked to send documents through a secure portal, but other times I was asked to send the same documents via email. Also to be clear, it was multiple people giving me different instructions, Patty herself was very consistent.
