Indy and his team have been nothing but stellar. Efficient, knowledgeable, and quick, they assisted us through the entire loan process with little hassle - we did the minimum and they took care of the rest. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised we could close in less than a month with the pandemic going on and start paying less interest each month. Very quick turn around on everything. Closed the loan in two to three weeks after first talking to Indy. Draper and Kramer wasn't always detailed in answering our questions via email, had to figure out some of the numbers in the closing disclosure on our own. But other than that, everything went well. Got great rates and closed without any hassles. Already recommended Indy to our friends looking to refinance.
