We had a great experience working with Indy Johar and his team when purchasing our home. The two factors that contributed to this were - providing the best, hassle-free rate and closing costs; and being able to close on the date that was set in the offer letter, even though the timeline was aggressive. Because of these reasons, Indy and his team are in high demand which tends to affect communication a bit but overall I would definitely work with Indy again and highly recommend him.
