Underwriting team was slow and bad at communication. Underwriting team required items at the last minute. Claimed that a second appraisal was required because batteries were not in the smoke detectors. Said the additional inspection was due to regulations. That is a lie. The house is not in the city limits there are no state regulations governing this. Underwriters required an engineers report on foundation and refuse to what the state of TX provided. This cause delays and money. Not happy!!

The service was great, yet there is room for improvement on the communication in regards to the progress on the loan and on the fact that from Linsey it went to Trevor... and requesting information as sensitive as SS# over email, that is not acceptable under my view specially after my wife, just a couple of days earlier, had disclosed that information. This is why, communication is key and that was something that requires more attention on your end.

Things were good. Only issue is that my payment and years on loan on the documents I signed and actual are different so instead of paying 1682 monthly foe 30 yrs now I will be paying 1734 for 28. Would have been better if all that was clearer on the documents.

Communication was good. I didn’t like that I was quoted points to buy down my rate when other companies I received quoted from didn’t do that. Your company did match my other offers though.
