If you had maybe one or two people handling the loan instead of who knows how many more then probably you wouldn’t have to be asked for the same paper work more than once. Getting all your documents in order and putting them on a list not asking for one here and then another one. Your process almost made me drop the purchase.

I appreciated that he actually got back with me when I inquired about refinancing my home. I appreciate the fact that he was expedient with the application process. I appreciate that he walked me through the process and explained everything. There was one misunderstanding. When Anthony said he would reevaluate if my appraisal was higher than the 62,000 which it was. But this was a learning experience.

I did not appreciate the delays and the constant need for more paper work. I have been in this business for forty (40) years and expected quick service I was not a happy camper especially when i saw the fees charged Over 6000 to you and 13900 for veterans service fee which i am sure is a miscalculation J barone
