I wouldn't have chosen great if there was another option. It was better than okay but not great. It was in between the two. I felt like we had really great communication in the beginning with our loan officer. And as the process progressed I felt the communication started to lack.

While working with Nadder at 1st communication was great, but it seemed after about 3 weeks it was very difficult getting Nadder to contact by text or phone on questions I had. Then Kortney from California took charge and communication was restored and she was very helpful until we closed on the loan. She always answered back by e-mail or call. I was very close to going elsewhere until Kortney took over the application. Very professional and understanding. Thank you Kortney

Listen more closely up front to client’s needs. Listen closely to clients total income before asking for additional points and or co-signers income. Paper flow and Esign went well and Nadder and associates did respond quickly to my questions and requests.

Frustrating that the underwriter, after six weeks time, decided to wait until the last minute to ask the HOA for financial docs. This postponed the settlement deadline.
