Brian Kniegge always does an excellent job. I don't feel like the current company he is with is a good fit for me. I don't appreciate my time being disrespected and having to wait for 2-2.5 hours for my check is a professional way to do business. Brian had this loan clear to close weeks before closing. Whoever dropped the ball with the funding/wire made my day much longer than it should have been.

We were placed in a position to make a competitive offer with an accelerated closing due to our pre-approval. Following our offer being accepted, we closed ahead of our contracted closing date. The level of communication was great from beginning to end, and the numbers I was quoted were very close to all our final numbers.

Had great experience with Chris and Angel. There was another person involved throughout that I struggles to get definitive answers from... it was frustrating and we had frequent misunderstandings due to this person... so much so I starting the laon application process with another company but after a long conversation with chris and getting all my answers resolved, everything went great and we closed without issue.
