Adrian was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very professional in his communication. I felt I could really trust Adrian. When the refinance progress stalled with the underwriting group, Adrian personally reached out to me to explain what the issues were and in turn kept the pressure on underwriting and the title company to complete the refinance. Adrian was the highlight of the entire process.
