A pleasure to do business with an expert as Alex Ramirez. He is an asset to your institution...the person who recommended him to me spoke highly of him and was right on his assessment. The only dissatisfaction that I had with this transaction was the drawing of documents. Very unprofessional to see half of the name Handwritten and the other half typed...not being consistent with the names and initials throughout the documents and having different dates and amounts. Thank you
