Working with your team was great! Easy peasy and got information over to me in a timely manner and we knocked out the loan in time to close on the property i was most excited about. However, the NAF Concierge service really dropped the ball. I set up a meeting to disucss transferring utilities, etc. and they missed the call during our set appointment and i had to call them. All they managed to do for me was request a new Spectrum line. The request was incorrect and i ended up having to call Spectrum to correct what i actually needed. They also recommended the wrong water service. I ended up setting up each utility service up myself. Just some honest feedback that the concierge service wasnt much help and sent me down a path that i had to reverse , but i look forward to working with NAF during my loan period!
