Sending correct cd and walking thru all the paperwork with client, not just send and looking at numbers. Also when inspection is $600 in one paper and another one gets sent out for $650. A lot of miss information on the go around. My wife and myself felt a lot of things were half way explained.

If we could have gotten wiring information before we went to closing. The people at closing told us that a certified check would have been easier. Our bank was 2 hours away. Luckily a girl I’m the office figured out how to wire the money.
