Derek was VERY responsive. Not once did he say I will pass this on; It was more like he passed it with an Urgency to know today, and get an answer! He got it done! Even if it wasn't in his scope of work he never said "oh that's not me", he Always owned it, started the inquiry or provided the answer. He is good at what he does, I will say that.
