Everything went well with Monumental. However, the title company seemed to unnecessarily complicate things towards the end by requesting information we didn't anticipate we'd need to provide.

I did feel there were some communication gaps whether with Devin, Rhonda, or underwriters. I had to email documents that I successfully uploaded and then viewed from the portal a few times. There could have been other variables out of their control that contributed to my feeling of “just ok” service.
