Bob, Kirste, and Peggy were all very friendly and helpful. They guided me through the process and worked through the issues with a lot of patience and support. The experience was great overall. However, my HELOC was inadvertently closed due to an oversight and I was not informed. The HELOC should have been listed as a subordinate loan and remained unaffected. I was extremely disappointed with that outcome.
