Talk about team work: If we did not have the appraiser issues we could have closed on the first home must faster. The the next property I had to call and speak with the appraiser to get this done ! Which was totally out of either of our hands (Heather or Mine) that we had to wait for the appraiser and sellers. Heather and I fought on behalf of our buyers to made it work, get the property closed! Best Part is getting closed and making the buyers happy and grateful at the end of the process!
