This transaction had some challenges and Closing approval came right down to the wire. We got it Closed! That's what matters. Ryan was professional and knowledgeable and was in constant communication with me and our clients. We were granted a 2.5 week Extension from the Sellers and we still did not have CTC until 1:45 pm on day of Closing. It was stressful for our clients, but they hung in there and the result was good.

The house we were sold abstracts were a mess the McLaughlin group was able to fix the issues with abstracts so that we could sale that house to buy another. This is the second time to use Gil McLaughlin group to buy a home.
