Ray Roshan is nice. At beginning, he was very nice, and help us get into house as soon as he can. But at last stage, we dont hear anything from our loan about more than a week. I emailed him ask if they need more paperwork or documents, he said everything is fine and clearly. But at 3 days prior our closing day, he kept asking for more documents, and those documents I asked him before, he told me do not need . I think there are problems between each department communication.

Hector took over for Chris Porter. Did not have much contact with Hector As for Chris and Tanya there was a lot of interaction. I don't feel I can really rate Hector.

Ben came into the picture of our transaction already behind schedule (Not his fault) The buyer switched lenders the last minute. Ben was able to close the deal on time and without incident. Very happy to meet the deadlines and proud to be a part of this transaction.

Be more timely with paperwork that needs signatures . Too much last minute stuff. Also, related to that, get the finalized closing cost out sooner than the night before closing....and communicate directly when a customer wants it....less text and email. Rachel did handle my emotional response to this short sale very professionally and with an overall good attitude. Kudos to her.
