I had a fast and pleasurable experience, they say what they do, do what they say and close on time with a polite and professional attitude. Due to the nature of my work it's not easy for me to be or do what's needed on paper work or to meet with the appraisers, but they were helpful in getting people to me at work and on my schedule to make it happen. I'm very pleased with new America and their staff of professionals.

Heather was great. Treated us like family right from the beginning. Can't ask for a better experience with Heather. She went far and beyond what was expected of her. Kerissa was not as good and was very neglectful in her job. They almost lost us as a client due to all off her multiple mistakes.
