Dan and the team are quick closers. Buyers and sellers can appreciate that. Quicker closing makes an offer more enticing to the seller(s). Dan and his team also gave me good advice regarding my credit. Precisely placed bill payments gave my credit score a bump to a new bracket and in turn saved me closing costs and lowered my interest rates, saving me money each month. I give 4/5 stars because the team can be hard to reach at times and when something scary happens regarding a home loan, you want to get relief, quick.

I had a fast and pleasurable experience, they say what they do, do what they say and close on time with a polite and professional attitude. Due to the nature of my work it's not easy for me to be or do what's needed on paper work or to meet with the appraisers, but they were helpful in getting people to me at work and on my schedule to make it happen.
