I assure you it was a memerable occasion! Brook was absolutely amazing I don't think I could have continued through this without him . even through a promotion, and vacation and through the holidays Congratulations again Brook! He was always in contact and reachable knowledgeable and friendly! Brook is a huge asset for NAF promote him again lol. The rest of the process and people involved were simply unapproachable To the pointbi didn't even really want to speak with them. in the end I'm happy with my decision to continue with brook and thrilled the process has closed and at least this phase is complete. Will be in touch with any future needs for sure!
