She did an amazing job right up to the moment we started to close. I don’t think she’s to blame since she said said the underwriter was backed up...but we went past or original closing date by 17 days. So it went from 15 days - 32 days. If anything, the blame goes to her manager for not providing enough help for the underwriter. This unfortunately will effect us since we’ll have to pay for another month’s rent and it’ll push our move-in date 1 week from my wife’s due date.

From start to end the process was pretty seamless. It was really nice to have the majority of the work done up front and only have to address a few things throughout the process until we got to closing. Bryce did a great job making adjustments when we were able to change terms to our contract. The only thing that would have been a super added bonus would be a heads up that we needed to login and check on an item in another form than only email and maybe an explanation of exactly what the document is or what's needed. We navigated it just fine, but have bought before and could recognize what was on the documents. Thanks so much for getting us to the closing table!
