Communication is the key. There are too many point of contact and not prompt response. At some point it sounds like there is a lack of interest. Not realizing that the client may not be as experienced as you are and may need more explanation and support. It requires a little more than just sending out documents to sign. Making yourself available to communicate and support will speed up the process and may change the outcome. Thanks

I felt I should’ve been advised more often about interest rates. If we would’ve locked sooner, my date would be lower. Felt alone without much support. Due to pandemic , everything was off and not the same. In the end, we were ok with everything . I trusted the advice of Lisa at Lifestyle for recommending Draper. In retrospect, I should’ve shopped around before making the final decision

Probably not the fault of any one person, but we thought we would have a lower interest rate. Seemed to start out lower, then ended up at 3.25. Also, the fees were higher than expected. Started out lower, then ended up higher. Felt like the length of time to process everything didn’t help us at all. We were stuck and settled . Still, we saved some but not what we thought.

This rating does NOT refer to Suren Sumpat but ONLY to the crew who worked with us in the refinancing case. They were constantly requesting documents that should know were unavailable in our case or had already been sent/emailed to them. Too many people were involved in the processing of our application which resulted in some miscommunications, repeated requests for the same documents, etc. When Mr. Sumpat was dealing with us earlier directly (years ago), there were NO similar problems. So, again, our disappointment is NOT related to any bad experience with Mr. Suren Sumpat but only conduct of other people who were working on our application.

I want to clarify my experience with Noelle was outstanding. I loved working with her. Unfortunately halfway through the process she had to go out on medical leave and left someone else in charge. At that point communication became very spotty, to the point where there was a mistake made in titling and I had to go through the closing process twice delaying me for weeks. I never even got an email confirming my final closing date. I only knew it because the closer is a neighbor and she let me know
