Simply the best. Ralph got me the best deal possible and I trust him completely. I ran all the numbers on multiple calculators for IL. (for my type of loan} in regards to closing costs and rates. Ralph did better then the best. What I paid overall was more than reasonable and I got great service as I was able to turn my paper work in easily. Bottom line is the difference here is trust. Remember you are giving up every piece of private financial information you have to a loan officer.
