I was not to happy with so many last minute changes in the amount I had to have for closing costs. I know the title company screwed up something. In the pre closing worksheets it always stated $500 for the attorney on everything I received from Jennifer. It changed to $900 the day of closing. I would have shopped around and found another attorney for less had I known that amount was going to change. I know for a fact I could have had a guy do it for $300.
