Through out our process my husband and I had many adjustments that had to be accommodated for. While this was often difficult for us to understand (as we were first- time homebuyers) and a challenge to plan and adapt for, Yolanda was able to clarify and reassure, as well as help us develop a plan each time she contacted us. Yvonne was helpful and attentive at the beginning of the process when finding out how much I would qualify for and starting the escrow process. Towards the end of the escrow process it difficult to get in contact with her and get answers for specific items.
