I sent a lot of documents multiple times. Then there was confusion about the online portal with signatures and I also ended up docusigning the documents that were in the portal. Then I signed the SAME documents at the closing with the lawyer. My previous home buying experience was much more smooth.

Dayna was GREAT, Stephanie Loera not so much. She almost caused us to back out of the whole thing. Ineffective communications and very unorganized. We were very dis-pleased with the level of service we received from Stephanie Loera.
