Nadia was knowledgeable and quick to respond to my inquiries. She knows the product well and can offer important insight based on specific requests. I contacted New American Funding about a month ago so I could refinance a rental house out of my VA loan. Before contacting New American Funding, I called a few other lenders to see what options I had. The other lenders assured me that I could not use two VA loans at the same time and that I needed to refinance out of my rental houses VA loan so I can use the VA option for a permanent residence purchase. Bottom line, The other lenders were wrong and Dominic with New American Funding was right.
