Working with Joy and her team was a pleasure. She made herself and staff as available as possible. She went out of her way to return phone calls and answer questions. There was some confusion on my part as to what was Joy's responsibility and what was my agents responsibility. The amount of documentation needed was very overwhelming at times but Joy did a great job of explaining the reasons and what was in "her lane". Buying a house is stressful. Joy went out of her way to make it less stressful

Kate was available all the time, she made up for the lacking of her support team in her office. She is the only reason , her alone, that I would consider returning. The underwriting team was very KNOWLEDGEABLE in business tax returns and separating personnel form business
