Carlos was awesome and I have told a number of folks about him!!!!! No complaints there AT ALL. The issues started I guess with the the Loan processing folks. Waiting to the last minute asking for information on flood insurnace, changing the closing date after I changed my day over the holidays to meet their reques, then asking for bank statements at the 11th hour.............very poor communication in my view on that end. Carlos was AWESOME! Need work on communications in other area.
