This was a long drawn out process due to divorce. Nancy was able to help in navigating the process. I thought the final loan costs were a little higher than what she had quoted me earlier but someone else was doing the final closing so I'm not sure what happened then.

Nancy was awesome! The title company however left us wanting much more out of them. The final straw was when we signed paperwork and asked that the funds be wired to our bank account they sent a check.

The simplicity it actually was to close the loan at the comfort of your house. Signing was explained at each step and notary made it less stressful.
