Please note that my comments do NOT apply to Kristina. With that said, this was a very unpleasant experience largely due to lack of communication, misinformation and unresponsiveness. Generally, poor customer service! The senior loan officer Mr. Flores Rodriquez was HORRIBLE! I never spoke to him. Further, he didn't return phones or even acknowledge receipt of requested documents. I was initially schedule to close on November 14th, but never spoke anyone about the status of the closing.
