Kristina was great! Very organized and on top of each step. On the other hand I felt that were a few delays and hiccups from the loan processor. I felt the communication wasn’t very clear and I wasn’t consistently updated when there was something pending from me or someone externally. The loan processor was very nice and certainly was trying to do the right things; however we almost missed our closing date due to some miscommunication and delays. It would help if we had a daily update the week before closing with what’s pending from whom. Also perhaps more clear communication on statements - “We need transaction history for x account for x reason between x days”. It might also be better to have a web portal to upload additional documents when requested instead of long email threads. Additionally, It would have been better if the closing docs were ready prior to 6pm the day before. Overall the team did a good job, but added some stress due to miscommunication.
