Drew was great, after we got handed off to Marylin the communication stopped. We were left in the dark a lot of times with no replies. We would have to reach out multiple times til we got an answer. Just felt like there was no sense of urgency at times. Because of this we would just bypass the loan processor and message Drew. He was responsive and attentive, would highly recommend him.

The process of buying a house took forever. Drew always quickly replied to me about mortgage costs for different homes. The only thing I could criticize is not fully understanding I had to take out my retirement funds before getting my loan approved. I was waiting for my loan approval before I took out of my retirement, not understanding that a requirement was me taking it out. I was talking to my real estate agent, and he is the one that clued me in. But Drew was great at calming me down, as rates increased and my payments increasingly got higher. Overall it was a positive experience.

I was initially hesitant when the buyer I assisted told me he had selected an out-of-state lender to work with. I've had poor experiences with delayed communication or difficulty making contact when the lender isn't sitting in our city. Drew did a wonderful job. I really appreciated the welcome packet I received from New American funding that had my picture on the front page. Nice touch! Drew handled the transaction very well! Closed on time even with a delay caused by some late repair work.
