Dan is indeed great. However I was not made aware that my wife would not be on the loan papers. It was probably because I did not specifically say that she needed to be. This caused wife-unhappiness at signing. Never a good thing. I wish this had been brought to my attention during the process...or maybe re-iterated. Other than that, the experience working with Dan and his team was great.
