The most important thing is we got the house we wanted when we needed it, which was great! I wish the process felt smoother, like with the HOA or the second closing. The title company could have been more helpful as well. Over all Jennifer and Russel made the experience better with how responsive and helpful they were to remedy situations or answer questions timely.
