Loan processor needed be specific on what documentation she wanted instead of vague because not all documentation was acceptable. She wanted as specific documents but wasn't clear. At first she said last two years of tax returns then said no I needed to file the current year's taxes but then wasn't good enough I needed the IRS to approve them WHAT? This caused extra delays that cost me money
