Just the required documents part as decribed in last text box. We've used Jason many times now for financing and we always get what we hoped for. I feel like the process is the same for your team every day and the documents required for submission/proof, etc has to be similar for all clients. Less last minute, crisis mode asks, for this that we don't generally have/need access to without a bit of work would be best. Get it all upfront from us while we are in the mode of seeking out documents, etc.... Jason, Tina, Emily and Charlie were great to work with and we will use them again.

Sometimes during the process documents or a signature were requested. I’m not that versed in technology so that created a problem. Luckily I have children that helped me. It probably would help some if there was a traditional way of responding. Now that it is completed I can understand and appreciate how smoothly things went. Thank you to all who asssisted!
