Everyone was professional, efficient, great at communication, and available. I was amazed how quickly we got our loan approved and were ready for our closing date that was 19 days after we got our contract. Jim Perkins was available for every phone call and worked incredibly diligently on a Sunday afternoon to get the ball rolling for us, and everyone we worked with after the process started demonstrated similar efforts to assist us .
